Electrical Fault

Check your consumer board and see if the neighbouring properties have electricity.

If you can, please go online and check the Scottish & Southern Electricity Network Website ssen.co.uk which will show if there is a power outage locally.

Boiler Breakdown

Check for error codes on the boiler as our maintenance team or contractor will require these.

If you smell gas, please contact the National Grid Emergency Service immediately on 0800 1119999.

If you are away over the winter period, you must keep your heating on low to avoid pipes freezing.
